On Friday 11 November 2011, the Adelaide Law School and the Law Society of SA will present an Adelaide Law Masters Conference on Advanced Contract Law.
This event will bring together some of the top minds in the field to provide a practical and high level analysis of current and emerging issues. With the federal Attorney-General revealing an interest in a national contract law, the conference will look at the future of contract law in Australia, and what we can learn from developments elsewhere in the world.
Speakers will include Professors John Carter (Sydney University) and James Devenney (University of Exeter), Justice Paul Finn (Federal Court), Andrew Schatz (AGS) and Darren Blight (Edmund Barton Chambers), together with the Law School’s own Andrew Stewart, John Gava, Melissa de Zwart and Mark Giancaspro.
