LLU Director, David Caruso, is invited to present a half-day session at the Annual Conference of the Magistracy of South Australia.

David will be assisted by Charlotte Thomas.

The session will concern “Developments and Updates in Criminal Law” and particularly focus on:

• Suspended Sentences
