Adelaide Law School will be holding a public seminar on ‘Is Federalism Being Undermined in the Current Surge to ‘Recognise’ Indigenous Australians in (and into) the Commonwealth Constitution?’.

This seminar will be presented by Professor Mark McMillan, Professor of Law and Deputy Pro Vice Chancellor Indigenous Education and Engagement at RMIT University in Melbourne, a Wiradjuri man from Trangie, NSW.
