Dr Nengye Liu was recently invited to present in a panel ‘Institutional and Legal Dynamics of Antarctic Governance in a Changing World’ at the International Studies Association (ISA) Annual Convention, San Francisco. This is the largest international studies conference in the world with more than 5000 participants annually. Dr Liu presented a paper ‘A Bull in a China Shop? China and Regime Complex for Antarctica’, which will soon appear in a leading journal in the field.
