Bargaining and Cooperation at work

Following their recent book on Cooperation at Work, Mark Bray, Johanna Macneil and Adelaide Law School’s Prof Andrew Stewart have written about the good faith bargaining obligations in the Fair Work Act 2009 and the extent to which they contribute to the pursuit of cooperation and mutual gains in the workplace. Entitled “Bargaining, Cooperation and ‘New Approaches’ under the Fair Work Act”, their piece appears in a new collection of essays on Collective Bargaining under the Fair Work Act, edited by Shae McCrystal, Breen Creighton and Anthony Forsyth and published by Federation Press.
