Adelaide Law School and Singapore Management University Law School join for a Comparative Corporate Governance conference

In January 2019 Adelaide Law School and SMU Law School are holding a conference in Singapore on comparative corporate governance. The theme covers global and Asian perspectives and there are papers by scholars, practitioners and regulators working in the fields of corporate law, securities law, insolvency law and corporate governance.

For example, speakers will be presenting on diversity on boards, ethics and culture on compliance, effectiveness of soft law mechanisms such as corporate governance codes, the new frontiers of corporate governance and the impact of technology.

All our alumni and our regular continuing professional development (CPD) participants are invited to join us in Singapore for this great opportunity to discuss 21st century corporate governance. Professors Symes and Lemire and Dr de Zwart will be amongst the presenters.
