Last week, Prof Dale Stephens (RUMLAE Director) visited the US Army JAG School located in Charlottesville, Virginia and was privileged to receive briefings on the organization and current activities of the JAG School by the Dean of the School, Colonel Randy Swansiger. Prof Stephens was also able to meet with two US Army JAG Officers, namely Colonel John Kiel USA and Major Andy Bowne USAF who are presently undertaking their PhD’s at the University of Adelaide Law School under the supervisory team comprised of Professor’s Melissa de Zwart, Dale Stephens and Dr Colette Langos. The visit also included a meeting with the Commanding General of the JAG School, Brigadier General R. Patrick Huston’.
