Adelaide Law School’s/RUMLAE’s Associate Professor Matthew Stubbs spoke at the National Archives of Australia’s annual Constitution Day symposium on the topic ‘The Constitution in Space’ at Questacon: The National Science and Technology Centre in Canberra on 9 July 2019. Matthew spoke about how the Australian Constitution has facilitated Australian space activities, about some contemporary space law issues, and about the Woomera Manual on the International Law of Military Space Operations.
