This past week RUMLAE Director Prof Dale Stephens attended the Annual RAF Legal Conference at RAF Halton, UK.  The theme of the conference was multi domain operations and space and cyber operations figured strongly on the agenda.  Prof Stephens was invited to speak to the issues of Space Law and Military Operations as well as The Woomera Manual.  he also partipcated in a final panel dealing with future legal challenges in the area of multi domain operations. The Conference was hosted by Director Legal Services Air Vice Marshal Tamara Jennings RAF and had a high level of representation from the US, headed by Lieutenant General Jeffrey Rockwell USAF.  The RAF Legal Officers that attended the Conference were engaged, informed and very savvy about the legal issues that needed to be navigated in the context of military space operations and there was significant interest shown in the work of the Woomera Manual project.
