The Friends of the University of Adelaide Library invite you to an
author event with Gideon Haigh on Thursday 19 April. portrait

The title of Gideon Haigh’s talk for the Friends is as witty as the speaker himself. Gideon is a man for all seasons – journalist, author, essayist and TV panellist – covering subjects ranging from Asbestos to Bradman, Ashes to BHP and Corporate Fat Cats to Wisden’s Almanac.

Gideon is a reporter and raconteur who will delight the audience with stories and anecdotes from the pitch to the boardroom.
