Fulltext linking from databases not working (for some)

**LATEST UPDATE 26/4/18 The linking configuration for Ebscohost databases (ie. Academic Search Complete, CINAHL and all of the others) has been updated this afternoon and initial testing seems to suggest that users should now see the usual list of options as before when clicking on “Check fulltext options”. Other databases are still likely to be problematic but rest assured that we are working to get these fixed as soon as possible.**

We have had a few reports this week of our LSbutton misbehaving using databases such as Ebscohost, Compendex and Web of Science but it will probably happen wherever this button appears. It is not happening consistently for everyone, but if you see a window similar to the below, you will not be able to obtain full text for these articles, even after signing in.


Please use Library Search to search for the article, or the journal in which it appears. We are reporting the problem to Ex Libris who will hopefully have this resolved for us as soon as possible.
