Bladder cancer research – volunteers required

Bladder cancer is diagnosed more often in men than women at a ratio of 3:1 and usually begins after the age of 50 and increases with age.  Susan Heyes, RN and PhD candidate at Flinders University School of Nursing and Midwifery is undertaking research investigating the experiences of men and women with bladder cancer and their partner/family/caregiver.   Susan is seeking volunteers to take part in her research.  Participation will involve completion of a questionnaire by both the person with cancer and also their partner/family/caregiver.
