Research participants 50+ years sought for study on daily activity and well-being

Jessica Brown, Honour’s student, is seeking research participants, who do a minimum of 2.5 hours of housework or gardening a week, for a study looking into the health, wellbeing and day-to-day activities of Australians aged 50 and over. Participation involves wearing a pedometer for 14 days, and visiting the University for two 30-40 minute appointments where you will have your weight, body fat percentage, blood pressure, and psychological wellbeing measured.  In return you will get a free pedometer, details of your physical and psychological health and wellbeing, and the chance to win one of three $50 Coles Myer gift vouchers.
