You told us that you’re now more satisfied with MyUni and we couldn’t be happier. It’s been a big year in MyUni with the successful implementation of Canvas and Echo. And survey results are telling us you feel it was worthwhile.
There has been a significant increase in both staff and student overall satisfaction compared to the 2015 MyUni Satisfaction Survey undertaken at the University . In 2015, 37.5% of staff indicated they were satisfied or very satisfied with MyUni (Blackboard) – this is now 61.24% with MyUni (Canvas) – an increase of 23.74% in overall staff satisfaction.
Historically students have expressed higher levels of satisfaction with MyUni than staff (73.1% broadly satisfied in 2015). However student satisfaction had been dropping (down from 80% in 2014). Student satisfaction with MyUni (Canvas) is now 86% – an increase of 12.9% in overall student satisfaction. Find out what students and staff are saying about MyUni?

 Please note, there was no MyUni satisfaction survey in 2016 as the University was running two versions of MyUni (Blackboard and piloting Canvas).
