Associate Professor Alexander Reilly’s book review of ‘The Price of Rights’ in Adelaide Law Review

In the current edition of Adelaide Law Review, Public Law and Policy Research Unit (PLPRU) Director, Associate Professor Alexander Reilly, reviews Martin Ruhs’ book, The Price of Rights: Regulating International Labour Migration. Ruhs’ book continues his analysis of the ethics of labour migration programs and the difficulty that arises because of the need to weigh up the interests of workers, employees and states of origin and destination. Alex’s review considers Ruhs’ analysis in relation to Australian policy-settings and contemporary debates over temporary skilled migration, including sub-class 457 visas, working holiday-makers and international students.
