Association of Migraine Disorders (AMD): Research Grant 2014

The purpose of this award is to support novel and transformative evidence-based research into migraine-related disorders. A preference will be given to basic-science projects.

Funding & Duration

Funding is awarded at up to US $50,000 for total direct costs. One award will be funded annually, for a period of 12 months.

Eligibility

Applicants must have demonstrated potential for excellence in research and teaching and a serious commitment to an academic research career in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery. A single principal investigator (PI) must be named: the position of “co-PI” is not acceptable. The PI should be associated with an academic institution. There are no restrictions on country of residence.

  • 15 Dec 2014  – Letter of Intent (LOI) via the proposalCENTRAL grant management system.
  • Copy of LOI forwarded to the Research Branch ASAP.
  • 1 Jan 2015  – full applications submitted to the Research Branch for internal review.
