The Defence Science and Technology Organisation is ‘opening its doors’ to representatives of Australia’s innovation sector during DSTO Partnerships Week.

Partnership Week is an opportunity to better understand the DSTO’s current capabilities and future research priorities; to meet and connect with senior DSTO researchers; to learn about R&D funding opportunities; to network with representatives from peer organisations, and to hear about opportunities to collaborate with DSTO in new research programs.

What is proposed:

Presentations, access to DSTO researchers, DSTO research capability displays, technology demonstrations and site tours.

Objectives include to:

  • Showcase DSTO’s major science and technology capabilities and future research priorities
  • Create new relationships and strengthen existing partnerships
  • Promote innovation and engagement initiatives.

Who should attend:

Representatives of Australia’s innovation sector, including industry (SMEs most welcome) and research organisations, with an in-house research and development capability which can complement and build on DSTO’s current and anticipated research activities.

Attendance is strictly limited. Closing date for registration of interest is 6 March 2015.
