Australian Mitochondrial Disease Foundation research equipment grants are available to researchers who are unable to access certain pieces of equipment that are vital, or would greatly advance their work.
Funding
Equipment Grants are awarded at up to $50,000, and are intended to supplement funding provided by other sources for the purchase of equipment.
Eligibility
Equipment Grants are offered to an Australian researcher or institution for research on mitochondrial disorders.
Applicants must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or have Permanent Resident Status, and not be under bond to any foreign government.
Submission Requirements
- Applications for AMDF Incubator Grants are welcomed throughout the year, until the upper limit of the funding allocation for the year is reached.
- Submit an Application to the Research Branch for Review
