BrightFocus Foundation: Alzheimer’s Disease Research – Postdoctoral Fellowship Award 2016

Postdoctoral fellowship awards are intended for young researchers in their final stages of mentored training. These awards fund projects in an established laboratory that will serve as the basis for the applicant’s own independent research career.

Funding & Duration

The Foundation provides awards of US $100,000 (approx AUD $133,000) over two years.


BrightFocus grants are awarded to universities, medical centers, and independent nonprofit research institutions. Grants are not made to individuals.

Applicants may submit only one proposal to any BrightFocus program in a given review cycle.
