Lunenfeld-Tanenbaum Research Institute: Research Training Centre (RTC) – Undergraduate Summer Research Program

The Research Training Centre (RTC) Summer Research Program for Undergraduates provides an opportunity for undergraduates to work throughout the summer in a laboratory at the Lunenfeld-Tanenbaum Research Institute. Students will work on a project assigned to them by their laboratory supervisor gaining valuable experience and research skills.

Funding & Duration

Students will be paid at an hourly rate of CAD $14.00 (approx AUD $14.35) + 4% vacation pay.

The program will run for 3 months.


Students must have completed, at a minimum, their second undergraduate year of a recognised university science program by May 2018.

  • Applications must be submitted direct to the sponsor online by 28 February 2018
  • If students wish to have their application reviewed by Research Services prior to submission, please send a copy of the application to by 26 February 2018.
