Alzheimer’s Australia Dementia Research Foundation: Yulgilbar Innovation Grant 2018

Alzheimer’s Australia Dementia Research Foundation, in collaboration with the Yulgilbar Foundation, invites applications for the Yulgilbar innovation grant. This grant supports innovative projects that could transform the landscape of dementia research.

Funding & Duration

One grant worth AUD $1,000,000 over three years is available.


The chief investigator must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident, have an appropriate work visa for the duration of the project, and must be based in Australia for at least 80 per cent of the time, where the research must also be conducted. International collaboration is encouraged, as is the involvement of early-career researchers and those directly affected by dementia, including carers.
