The New Colombo Plan (NCP) Mobility Program provides funding to Australian universities and consortia to support Australian undergraduate students to participate in semester-based or short-term study, internships, mentorships, practicums and research in 40 host locations across the Indo-Pacific region.
The mobility grant program is intended to be transformational, deepening Australia’s relationships in the region, both at the individual level and through expanding university, business and other stakeholder links. There is approximately $29 million available for Australian universities and consortia to support 2019 student mobility projects.
The 2019 Round is now open to academic and professional staff to apply for semester and short program project funding.
