This program seeks applications in laboratory, clinical, behavioral, epidemiologic, and other areas of research to advance knowledge in disease etiology, improve prevention, detection, diagnosis, treatment, and quality of life for those affected by a relevant disease or condition, and to develop and validate clinical care or public health guidelines.
Funding & Duration
Applications are not restricted to a predetermined cost limit. The requested budget must be justified and appropriate to the scope of the clinical trial proposed.
The maximum period of performance is 4 years.
Non-domestic (non-U.S.) Entities (Foreign Institutions) are eligible to apply.
Investigators at or above the level of Assistant Professor (or equivalent) are eligible to submit applications.
