Rivkin Center for Ovarian Cancer: Scientific Scholar & Pilot Study Awards

The Rivkin Center for Ovarian Cancer is announcing funds for approximately two Scientific Scholar and twelve Pilot Study Program awards.

Scientific Scholar Award

Two-year grants at US $120,000 (approx. AUD $164,000) each are available to assist promising laboratory and clinical scientists in pursuing a career as an independent investigator in ovarian cancer research.

Candidates will have an MD, PhD, or equivalent degree with career goals focused on ovarian cancer. Candidates should be at the post-doc/fellow, instructor, research assistant, or assistant professor level with no more than 3-4 years in any of these positions. Clinicians will have completed their residency.

Pilot Study Award

One-year awards at US $75,000 (approx. AUD $102,000) each are available to support investigator-initiated projects in all areas of ovarian cancer research.

Investigators at the assistant, associate, or full professor level (or equivalent) are encouraged to apply.
