Lung Foundation Australian: Early Career Nursing or Allied Health Fellowship for Research in Lung Cancer 2019/2020

This fellowship scheme supports of research initiatives that look beyond the cause, treatment, and cure of lung cancer and focus on the supportive care space for patients with a lung cancer diagnosis.

Lung Foundation Australia is calling for expressions of interest from Research Centres, Universities or Organisations in Australia to partner and co-fund this Early Career Fellowship in Nursing or Allied Health. This Fellowship is ideally aimed to support a post-doctoral student who has recently completed their PhD studies and is looking to build on his/her doctoral research.

Funding & Duration

The Early Career Nursing/Allied Health Fellowship valued at $100,000 over 2 years.


All applications need to be supported by a senior investigator and show evidence that the University or Research Institute is able to match the funding amount over the duration of the scholarship.
