US Department of Defense (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency): Polyplexus Pilot 2 Research Programme

This programme supports fundamental research that may emerge from online conversations occurring during the Polyplexus pilot. The goal of this programme is to deliver research proposals that seek to investigate innovative approaches to enable revolutionary advances in sciences, devices, or systems.

Specifically excluded is research that primarily results in evolutionary improvements to the existing state of practice.

Funding & Duration

Approximately 10 awards are available, each worth up to USD $100,000 (approx. AUD $141,000) for one year.


All responsible sources capable of satisfying the government’s needs may submit a proposal.

Non-US organisations and individuals may participate to the extent that such participants comply with any necessary regulations.
