JDRF Australia is requesting letters of intent (LOI) for its Pilot and Innovation Awards 2021, an initiative to accelerate new and innovative research with strong potential to improve the lives of people with T1D.
The purpose of this funding opportunity is to support small-scale pilot projects and innovative research ideas, including concepts that have never been investigated before. Proposals submitted should have a strong focus on how the research could lead to a change in conventional approaches to T1D diagnosis, management or treatment.
Submission requirements & due date
- 20 October 2020: Letters of intent (LOI) submitted direct to sponsor. Please forward a copy to Research Services.
- 9 February 2021: Invited applications submitted to Research Services for internal review.
