Cooperative Research Centres (CRC) Round 24

Cooperative Research Centres (CRC) grants support medium to long term industry-led collaborations to solve industry problems and deliver tangible outcomes and the program aims to:

  • Improve the competitiveness, productivity and sustainability of Australian industries, especially where Australia has a competitive strength, and in line with Government Priorities;
  • Foster high quality research to solve industry-identified problems through industry-led and outcome-focused collaborative research partnerships between industry entities and research organisations; and
  • Encourage and facilitate small and medium enterprise (SME) participation in collaborative research.

The scheme is now open for internal expression of interest.

Application Instructions

All applications with proposed University of Adelaide involvement must submit a Notification of Intent (Mandatory for University led bids) and a University Participation Proposal (UPP) (Mandatory for all CRC bids involving the University) to be considered through University endorsement processes ASAP. All CRC proposals require organisations to contribute significant cash/in-kind towards the proposal. The University of Adelaide will only endorse proposals which indicate appropriate returns to the University.

Completed UPPs are due to Research Services by COB Friday, 18 March 2022.
