SCRIBE 21 students joined The University of Adelaide Wine Business lecturer Paul van der Lee for a day of tasting and learning about wine in South Australia’s Barossa Valley on 8 October 2015. The group visited Yalumba Winery, Gibson Wines and Seppeltsfield Winery. Students from Adelaide, Budapest, Venice and Strasbourg attended the trip.
