Shannen Rowe Marches in the 2015 ANZAC Centenary Parade

Saturday 24th April marked the 100th anniversary of the expedition made by Australian and New Zealand soldiers who courageously set out to capture the Gallipoli peninsula. This allied force known and remembered as ANZACS left us all a powerful legacy.

USC Old scholar Shannen Rowe (class of 2009) is a serving sailor and recently was awarded her Operational Service Medal from the Royal Australian Navy. She marched on Saturday as part of the decommissioning crew of the HMAS Sydney IV in the 2015 ANZAC Centenary Parade.
