CPD Seminar: An outdated charter for greed and entitlement? Reforming The Inheritance (Family Provision) Act 1972

The South Australian Law Reform Institute at Adelaide Law School, is examining the Inheritance (Family Provision) Act 1972, as part of its wider succession reference from the Government.
