A Discussion Panel Seminar on Refugee Rights and Changes to Refugee Laws

This seminar will address issues concerning refugee rights and changes in the global context. The speakers will discuss:

  • Changes resulting from the Expert Panel on Asylum Seekers’ recommendations and beyond;
  • Issues facing Migration Agents & Lawyers in this ever-changing legal environment;
  • Identifying juristictional error in refugee status determination; and
  • ‘Manus, Lifeboats & Lies’; Nauru & Manus Islands updates.
