3MT topic: How can courts deal with mega-litigation efficiently and justly?
Discipline: Law
Faculty: The Professions
Supervisors: Professor John Williams and the Honourable David Bleby QC
Project Summary:
‘Mega-litigation’ is extremely complex, time-consuming and expensive litigation involving large corporations. It takes up a disproportionate amount of a taxpayer-funded public resource, the time of courts. I am looking at ways courts can deal with mega-litigation more efficiently, while still doing justice in each case.
