On the 17th May, CSER, in collaboration with EdTechSA ran a workshop on Maker Projects and how we can used them to support the Digital Technologies Curriculum. It was a fantastic event, and enabled us to explore different ways that makerspaces can be used, from the use of cardboard creation events, through to full hardware development workshops. We had enough time for some great demo activities, as well, including the fabulous Marshmallow Challenge!, and some time to play with our Makey Makeys, and Little Bits collections.
