Feature Resource: Supporting assessment in K-12 Digital Technologies

Our free webinar “Approaches to Support Assessment of the Digital Technologies Curriculum” is now available to watch on the Digital Technologies Hub.

This webinar is based on a research project we have undertaken in partnership with the Digital Technologies Hub to support teachers in assessing student learning in the Australian F-10 Curriculum: Digital Technologies.

This project includes the curation of existing resources to support assessment, a review of assessment literature, the development of a framework to support assessment, the trial of assessment materials and the production of a final resource guide for educators.

In this webinar, we share some of our current work on this project, including a discussion of the framework we have developed to help teachers with the interpretation of the ACARA achievement stands and approaches to designing assessment for the classroom. We also share some assessment resources (now available in the DTHub) to get you started with Digital Technologies assessment in the classroom.
