CSER Lending Library

CSER Lending Library Kit Map

The CSER Lending Library has a broad range of kits available for schools to borrow, including Beebots, Makey Makey, Sphero, micro:bits, Dash & Dot, Bluebots, Ozobots, Arduino, Rule Your Room Kits, iPads and more. The library is open to schools from all sectors (eg Government, Catholic, Independent) across Australia. Kits are delivered to your school via courier and a returns process is included so that you can return the kit to CSER at no cost to your school.

Schools are prioritised based upon their engagement with the CSER Professional Learning program, including participation in a CSER MOOC or attendance at a CSER workshop with one of our Project Officers. Schools in low socioeconomic areas and with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander student enrolments also have priority. All of our services are no cost to schools. The CSER Lending Library is supported by the Australian Government Department of Education and Training.

The map shows how far and wide the CSER Lending Library kits have travelled across the country from local metropolitan schools to very remote locations. When schools borrow a kit we encourage them to share their experiences with us via email or through our twitter account @cserAdelaide.

We love to share your stories in our newsletter! This recent tweet from a teacher at a school in SA shared her student’s reaction to using ozobots from the CSER Lending Library:

Follow the link to request a kit. Loans are generally for one to two school terms and there are waiting lists for some kits.
