Tat-Jun Chin received the BEng degree in mechatronics engineering from the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) in 2003, and subsequently, in 2007, the PhD degree in computer systems engineering from Monash University, Victoria, Australia. He was a research fellow at the Institute for Infocomm Research in Singapore from 2007-2008. Since 2008 he has been a lecturer at the University of Adelaide, Australia. His research interests include robust estimation and statistical learning methods in computer vision. He is a member of the IEEE.
